Canon will bring a preview of new technology to the show, in addition to its array of commercially available WUXGA and 4K LCoS projectors, and the obligatory dome projection (this year 4K) Canon has brought to many trade shows over the years, there will be a preview of a prototype 4K Laser LCOS Projector: Prepare to be amazed! Attendees will get a sneak peak of Canon's exciting Laser Phosphor Light Source projector that delivers 4K resolution of 4096 x 2400, LCOS Technology and over 5000 lumens of brightness.

And very special to Canon, surprise there is a DLP projector. 8000 lumens single chip laser-phoshor light source, quite similar to the Delta platform marketed by Vivitek, most likely a ODM. The BenQ has the same pedrigree?

LX-MU800Z Laser DLP Projector: The LX-MU800Z Laser DLP Projector is Canon's first single-chip DLP projector with a Laser Phosphor Light Source that delivers 20,000 hours (at maximum brightness) of virtually maintenance-free operation, helping to reduce the total cost of ownership. Key features include native WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200), up to 8000 lumens, a dynamic contrast ratio up to 10,500:1, and seven interchangeable lens options with motorized lens shift for installation flexibility.
